Provided both production (40%) and development (60%) DBA support for multiple Microsoft SQL Server 2000 High-Availability environments and MySQL High-Availability environments. Responsible for all production-related DBA tasks (backup, restore, query optimization, performance troubleshooting, replication, etc.) as well as development-related tasks and bug fixes. Instrumental in handling the database portion of the company’s relocation of data center to Atlanta facilities. Instrumental in design and implementation of data mining application. Credited with developing/implementing edge log parsing process for client near real-time statistical analysis.
