Oversight of the firm’s information and telephone systems reporting to the Senior Partner, including managing three direct reports and multiple vendors supporting a multi-platform, multi-location infrastructure. Accountable to act as support manager for in-house technical support department encompassing over 200 users and systems. Accountable for Oracle 8i/MS SQL database administration including disaster recovery, performance tuning, backup, restore, data extraction, data migration, reporting and query optimization. Credited with developing in-house reporting based on Crystal reports front-end against Oracle 8i and MS SQL200 back end. Developed stored procedures for all reporting. Developed enterprise-wide BI web application (SQL/VB/SSRS) to provide up-to-date statistical analysis of monthly income, forecasting and trends. Merged divisions previously unsupported through third party vendors. Spearheaded design, development and delivery of departmental upgrade of all hardware, software, network and server operations. Developed and deployed company’s first web site. Credited with implementation and deployment of firm’s first trouble-ticketing system. Credited with deployment of Blackberry Enterprise Server. Credited with development, implementation and deployment of Wide Area Network, encompassing four states within budget and on-time according to cost and plan projections utilizing Cisco Hardware. Managed telecommunications contracts as needed. Assisted in new construction project management as firm grew and expanded to several southeastern states.
